MAKE A PLEDGE TO HELP GET OUT THE VOTE FOR THE NOVEMBER GENERAL ELECTION! Live our UU 5th Principle and pledge to contact at least 5 voting-aged people you know (children, grandchildren, friends, neighbors, etc.) and ask them if they have MADE A PLAN TO VOTE. Many people have the best of intentions to vote, but unless they have a concrete plan, it often goes by the wayside, especially given the pandemic. Residents of any state can go to https://vote.gov/ and connect to their state’s election website to register to vote. “The vote is the most powerful nonviolent tool we have.” – John Lewis
