Racial Justice Book Club is on Zoom
Sunday, June 28th, 5:00-6:30pm
The Racial Justice Book Club will be discussing the non-fiction work by Ibram X. Kendi, “How to Be an Antiracist“, (2019).
Simply not being racist isn’t enough. Racism is centered in bad policy, not bad people. Kendi employs history, science, and ethics to describe different forms of racism and how to build an equitable society.
For information on UUFSD Book Clubs or how to access books while libraries are closed, please email Cathy Leach-Phillips at bookclub@uufsd.org. You may also call or text 650 224-1974.
Details for the Zoom meeting will be forthcoming.
