The Environmental Justice Task Force invites families to join the Youth Environmental Action Pod, San Diego, on April 24th from 3:00-5:00 pm for a celebration of Earth Day.
The Youth Environmental Action Pod is committed to promoting youth involvement in climate advocacy through education, community outreach, and other resources. Our event will include a land acknowledgment and trust. In addition, an amazing lineup of speakers sharing their work in environmental justice, followed with a live Q&A and steps to take action. Furthermore, we will be raising money to donate to a Kummeyyay land trust and communities for a Better Environment.
