In addition to the main entry stairs and the core building repairs being recently completed, the Dream Builders Committee are active and continue to advance the Capital Campaign design and construction projects.
UUFSD will soon be submitting the Administration Building Addition and Remodel project to the City of Solana Beach for permit review, and anticipate being able to award a contract for construction by the end of this year with construction starting sometime in January. The City has also required UUFSD to make improvements to the curb and gutter along Solana Drive in front of the campus, so please expect minor disruption of traffic in that area over the next month or so.
Buildings & Grounds continues to make repairs to tripping hazards around campus, add area lighting for safety and security, and clear brush per fire department requirements. Continuing updates to follow and thank you for being patient and mindful around construction activities.
