What an Owl Knows:Book Club on Feb. 10th

At 6:30pm on February 10th here at UUFSD in Founders Hall, the 2nd Monday Book Club will be discussing the non-fiction What an Owl Knows: The New Science of the World’s Most Enigmatic Birds
by Jennifer Ackerman (2023).

Modern technology now allows researchers to learn how owls communicate, hunt, court, mate, raise their young, and more. Even though camouflaged, and mostly active at night, owls are often a symbol of wisdom, knowledge, and foresight. But what does an owl really know? And what do we really know about owls?

Please come and join us for a lively discussion. Questions? email [email protected]
or call/text Cathy Leach-Phillips at 650 224-1974.
