Day of Mindfulness – March 15, 2024

We have resumed our monthly day of practice together. We begin at 9am with Progressive Relaxation and then calm abiding sitting meditation. At 10:30 we join our Friday Sangha book study, currently reading Radical Acceptance by Tara Brach. At noon we eat together (bring your lunch) and then have walking meditation.

We close with a discussion of our current meditation path and a final sitting. All are welcome. Bring mats or cushions for stretching out. Any questions can be directed to
