There are two active construction projects underway at the Fellowship.
The Administration Building Addition and Remodel continues to progress with the framing, electrical, and HVAC rough-in complete. Roofing has started and the exterior enclosure will soon take shape with windows and stucco finishes. Chris Kolb remains generally on budget and although the project has had some delays, recent progress will soon yield new spaces for the staff and Rev. Ellie. We’re hopeful of having the use of the remodeled building by years end.
Phase 2, our other project, is the expansion of the main parking lot and includes additional parking, a required fire truck turnaround and trash enclosure, and selected accessibility upgrades. Competitive bids for the project are expected this week from 3 local general contractors. We are in the final stages of city permit review and expect sign-off from all departments during this month. Once a contract for construction is awarded the last administrative parts of the permitting process can be completed, with the potential of starting construction in early 2025. Both projects are born of the Capital Campaign which started almost 10 years ago.
Please contact Dream Builders Committee with questions and always use caution around construction areas.
