What is The Science of Mind? A philosophy? A religion? A stream of consciousness from the psychedelic mind of one Ernest Holmes? Or all of the above?
We will discuss the beliefs and practices of adherents to the Science of Mind philosophy. Interestingly, they have a list of prophets that include our very own Ralph Waldo Emerson and Henry David Thoreau. How close are their beliefs to ours? They seem to be reaching out to young people better than we are, judging by their online presence (eg. Meetup). Hosted by Rich Macdonald.
