Message From the Kitchen Elves

Sunday, January 22, 2023, has a lot of excitement happening that day: Retirement for Tracey Weiss, saying Good bye is hard; Enjoying the words and notable Sounds of Peter Mayer, one of our long time friends and guest speaker; and the GREAT FOOD provided by different teams from the congregation for our First Annual Tailgate Party. What a wonderful day to begin the New Year!
VOTING AGAIN ON THE BEST TAILGATE FOOD. SO THROWDOWN THAT CHALLENGE!

On display in the Courtyard will be some of the new equipment for the Kitchen. The Kitchen is preparing for members to create and host wonderful events at the Fellowship. The new equipment will allow any committee or individual to prepare scrumptious foods for a gathering without having to clean your home. There is ample parking space and area for any size event. THE ONLY THING NEEDED IS THE FOOD AND THE EXCITEMENT. Signup sheets will be located in the office, the kitchen, or contact Louise at lovenlou@gmail.com.

The Kitchen elves are concerned with three main areas of the kitchen that your help is needed: 1.Be on the committee to plan how to use the kitchen and plan wonderful events, plan twice a year. 2. Be a volunteer, twice a year, volunteer to prepare for the Sunday Coffee Hour, no experience required, instructions are available, easy-peasy. 3. Donate Food to the Sunday Service Coffee Hour. We have some wonderful cooks in the Fellowship who would love to make one or two delightful treats for the congregation to nibble on as they talk to old and new friends.

There will be a newsletter sent once a month to keep you informed about all the neat events at UUFSD with the link to sign up in SignUPGenius.
