Our Sacred Texts Discussion Group meets monthly to discuss a topic from our 8 Principles and 6 Sources (click HERE to read our principles and sources). We discuss spiritual topics or passages from all major religions and viewpoints, from Atheist to Fundamentalist. Each meeting is hosted by one member of the group.
On Saturday November 12, Scott Thatcher will present ideas from The Dishonest Church by Jack Good. This book was recommended by Rev. Madison Shockley (Pilgrim United Church of Christ) when he spoke here last summer.
In December, Antony Carter is scheduled to present on “Practical Polytheism“.
All are welcome to attend.
