Although we’re still wrestling with health concerns and uncertainty, it’s time to salute some of the nuggets of nourishment uncovered during this grueling and gruesome stretch. I will share 7 gifts or what musicians call “grace notes” and Quakers name “refreshings” to strengthen our resolve as we enter the seasons ahead.

Presenter: The Rev. Dr. Tom Owen-Towle has been a parish minister since 1967 and is currently speaking, hither and yon, throughout our movement. Slowly but surely, he is getting back into singing at nursing homes, mentoring youth, and volunteering at the homeless center. Tom is always delighted to be returning to the pulpit of UUFSD where he served as our interim minister. Following the service Tom will have copies of his books available for purchase, including his latest volume: Making Peace With Our Own Death, composed during the pandemic.
