In this last month of the year, we enter the time of Advent that our ancestors used to honor. And on this Feast Day of St. Nicholas, we as Unitarian Universalists have blended many of our ancestral traditions to create the ones we celebrate today. How does this holiday season merge the myth of St. Nicholas with the birth of Jesus that has now created a commercial capitalistic success? Is this a healing way to live and if not, how can we change it? Join us this Sunday to celebrate, reflect and reveal ways for us to heal.
