1. Please note that everyone 12 years and older who are on site must show proof of full vaccination for Covid-19, and everyone 2 years of age and older must wear a well-fitted mask.
2. Effective January 1, 2022, UUFSD will start requiring that all children 5 to 11 who attend services and in-person RE programs must show proof of being vaccinated.
