Heather Megill’s academic credentials include a master’s degree in Divinity `from Starr King School for the Ministry and a master’s degree in Music (Vocal Performance) from SUNY Buffalo. At Starr King, Heather’s focus was predominantly in pastoral care and multi-religious studies.

Heather has taught performance, theory, and practical applications of the arts, and worked with elementary, middle, and high school students, as well as young adults in K-12 schools, college and community theater organizations. In addition to student and volunteer leadership experience, Heather brings operational expertise and social media marketing and outreach skills.

Heather was raised in the United Church of Christ, attended a Catholic school and has spent most of her adult life finding spiritual connection within the UU tradition. She is the mother of two teenage boys.

A lifelong San Diego resident and skilled administrator, Tristan joined us in April of 2024. He is very excited to contribute his support to the many important and exciting activities of our congregation.
Tristan is also a talented artist, a hobbyist skateboarder, and a taijijian sword fighting trainee among other things.

Always happy to help, you can reach him at the campus library Monday through Thursday, 9am – 5pm.”

Byrht Renfrow

Byrht enjoys reading (mainly sci-fi/fantasy) and has previously worked in the restaurant industry as well as doing two years of volunteer work at the Carmel Valley Library. He has extensive experience in customer service, and is able to fill in for our AV Specialist.


Guthry Hahm

Site Caretaker/Setup Staff

Guthry has a passion for photography and videography as well as an interest in music.

He has been going to UUFSD for all 17 years of his life and would like to further help the church through this job.
