ETHNIC CLEANSING-WEST BANK

International organizations have documented multiple policies and actions in the West Bank that they claim contribute to ethnic cleansing:

Settler violence: Human rights groups, including Amnesty International and Doctors Without Borders (MSF), report a significant rise in violence by Israeli settlers, often carried out with impunity. This violence targets Palestinian homes, lands, and livestock, creating an environment of fear that forces families to flee.

Military operations: Large-scale Israeli military operations in the northern West Bank, such as “The Iron Wall” campaign, have involved the demolition of hundreds of homes and the displacement of tens of thousands of Palestinians.
Land appropriation: Israeli authorities and settlers seize Palestinian lands for settlement expansion, using military orders and other legal mechanisms to advance the annexation of the West Bank. The E1 settlement plan, approved in 2025, would further sever the territorial contiguity of the Palestinian territory.

Movement restrictions: Checkpoints and other movement restrictions in the West Bank are designed to make Palestinian life untenable, limiting access to essential services like healthcare, schools, and work.
