Announcing our newest Teen/Young Adult Program, the UU Brewhouse! One night a month, youth will transform the Founders’ Hall into a relaxed coffee & tea house where folx can chitchat, laugh, and take to the “stage” for open mic night. A small menu of hot beverages and light foods will be provided with suggested donation “prices.” Proceeds from this ongoing event will go toward the youth’s chosen social justice organization: Voices for Children (speakupnow.org.)
The UU Brewhouse also features an Open Mic Night! Bring a poem to read, a story to tell, sheet music for a song to sing (mediocre pianist will be provided), or just yourself! The UU Brewhouse is open to all ages. Come spend some time in our cozy atmosphere, engaging in this unique opportunity for fellowship!
Doors Open: 5:30pm
Open Mic Time: 7:30-8:00pm
Doors Close: 8:00pm
