Capretz drafted San Diego’s Climate Action Plan (CAP), which is one of the most aggressive climate action plans in the US, as it has a binding commitment to eliminate half of all greenhouse gas emissions in the City and aims for all electricity used in the city to be from renewable sources by 2035.

There are also ambitious goals for bike/walk/transit, urban tree canopy and zero waste.
