We will have a day of mindfulness on Friday, December 28, from 9 am to 2 pm in the Palmer Library.
We will welcome the new year with progressive relaxation, meditation, walking meditation, and discussion. Bring your lunch and cushions for stretching out, or sitting. Chairs are provided.
Many find that sitting with a group enables a deeper relaxation and letting go in to the present moment. Feel free to come or go for any part of this day.
