Our Concert will be all about the joy of song! We will be featuring our own Marylou Gibson in a comedy song, SING!, from “The Chorus Line” and a duet, “How Can I Keep from Singing?” with her daughter, Grace Paxton. Tenor, Rick Hernandez, will be joining the choir in singing songs from the Rennaisance, “Jubilate Deo” by Orlando di Lasso, “Fa Una Canzona” by Orazio Vechhi, Handel’s “Sing For Joy!” as well as more contemporary songs by John Rutter, Frank Ticheli and Joseph Martin. The Youth choir will sing “Sing, Sing A Song” from Sesame Streeet, complete with scat singing! This concert is guaranteed to put a smile of joy on your face at least a few times. Please join us!

Of course, to have a successful auction, our main fundraiser for the year, there needs to be great events and items to auction off. You can download a donation form or pick one up at the Auction table in the core area after the service on Sundays. The form comes with some great donation ideas, but be creative. Also, you can pick up a kit at the table to help you obtain donations from your favorite merchants; services such as massages, haircuts, manicures, etc., restaurant gift certificates, and tickets to sports and other entertainment events always are very popular.

The deadline for getting in your donations is Sunday, April 15th.
