Join us on Friday, June 15, from 9 am to 2 pm for a day of progressive relaxation, meditation, discussion, walking meditation, and more. Please bring a lunch and mats and cushions to stretch out on the floor or take a seated posture. You are welcome to come for any part of the day. Our supportive community will allow you to deepen your practice of mindfulness and meditation.
